  • HOW DO I SIGN OFF MY ORDER?
    Once you are happy with your Artwork/Graphics you will be sent a confirmation email to print and sign off, we also accept written confirmation stating you have checked over your order details and are happy for WULF to proceed to production. Colours displayed on graphics are an indicative only and may vary from screen to production print outs. Please check your order very carefully before approval that includes all text, spelling, colours, logos, numbers and sizes as WULF takes no responsibility for any errors once your order has been approved.
  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
    Sublimated Garments – 10PCS Cut and Sew Garments – 10PCS Custom Headwear – 25PCS Other please enquire with your WULF Sales Representative.
  • PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?
    You can expect your order to arrive in 5-7 weeks for sublimated products and 8-10 weeks for cut and sew products. To avoid any delay please ensure your invoice is paid in full by the due date stated on your invoice. We will always aim to deliver ahead of schedule when we can. All orders will be delivered to your door via NZPost, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our office. Every order placed is packaged and delivered according to your requirements, making distribution quick, easy, and seamless. WULF will not be held accountable for delays in delivery schedules due to unforeseeable circumstances, inability or delay in authorities or customs holds, Quarantine and or agricultural hold, delays in international shipping and or local freight beyond our control due to extreme weather conditions.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A MOCK UP DESIGN?
    For all custom graphics we aim to have all graphic visuals turned over within 3-5 working days, However depending on our current workload and complexity of the design it could take a little longer. Please contact your WULF representative to discuss your requirements All custom cultural designs can take up to 10-12 working days. Due to the nature of custom graphics, this service is reserved to partner clients and return clients. For new customers, a non-refundable deposit is required.
  • WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM OUR SERVICES
    WULF offers the services of the best graphics artists on hand, who have come on board to help bring your set designs or imagination to life. Our team works very close and personal with our clients to get everything just how you want it. We love working with our clients every step of the way making sure we meet your every need. We keep up to date with the current trend and the latest apparel styles. We prioritise and meet delivery deadlines.
  • REQUIRED LOGO FILES
    You must provide all required logos in vector format such as AI, EPS or PDF. These formats are crucial as it ensures your logos print out clearly onto the garments. If you are unable to provide us with the required formats, our inhouse design team can redraw logos for a fee of $50.00 +GST per logo. It will then be provided to you in these formats for future use.
  • COLOUR MATCHING
    We have a wide range of colours that can match most team colours. Please be sure to provide your team's PMS colour code if you require a certain colour. If you do not provide WULF with this information, you give WULF full permission to proceed to colour match to the artwork.
  • DOES IT COST EXTRA FOR NAMES NUMBERS AND LOGOS?
    Custom Names, Numbers, and logos are all included in our costs however ALL logos must be provided in High Quality Vector format PDF, EPS or AI, if they are not provided in these formats we would require a re draw. This will cost $50.00 +GST per logo. All embroideries, appliqué, or heat seals incur an additional fee. There will be additional charges per garment if you would like to apply our silicon grip tech or add a GPS pouch to your playing apparel.
  • CAN YOU DESIGN A NEW LOGO FOR ME?
    We sure can! Logo creation starts from $50.00 +GST. Contact your WULF Sales Representative for more information.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
    If you are not familiar with our sizes we highly recommend to use our size guides provided on our website and measure up to those, as this is the most accurate way to choosing the correct size. If you have any questions or concerns please ask your WULF Sales Representative.
  • PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    Bank Transfer Visa and Matercard (3.5% processing fee applies). Other please enquire with your WULF Sales Representative.
  • LOGO USAGE?
    By confirming your final confirmation email, you agree to the following I declare that I have full authorisation from the owner to use, any copyrighted and/or trademarked logo and/or that artwork I have supplied and/or requested. I authorise WULF ATHLETIC to modify, reproduce and keep this content supplied for future orders. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WULF ATHLETIC, including employees, suppliers, directors and agents against all losses, actions, claims, suits, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or related to the breach or unauthorised use of copyright or trademarks reproduced. WULF ATHLETIC will not accept liability for any variations on original artwork after approval. All Graphics and Artwork drawn up from WULF ATHLETIC is copyright and remains property of WULF ATHLETIC.
